Fatwa of the Awaited Mahdi that Moammar Alqadafi is a war criminal


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful,
Prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon my grandfather Mohammad the messenger of Allah -prayer of forgiveness peace be upon him and his family- and upon all the Muslims who are the followers of truth till the Day of Judgement, after this


O community of Muslims indeed Moammar Alqadafi is a war criminal for the Libyan, the disdain Arabic population, and I see him planing huge plans against them, and would never have mercy for the old nor the young, and never respect the Libyan nationals neither ties of relationship nor covenant, so let the media war be declared against him by all means of media-publications. And thanks to Egypt for opening its border with Libya, and that is their duty towards their Lydian brothers who followed their way so it is necessary to aid them truthfully, and I plea to Allah by the fact that there is no deity except Him and by the fact of His mercy that He ordained upon Himself and by the enormous bliss of His Self pleasure to make victorious whoever seek the truth and nothing but the truthful way, and to appoint upon them the best of their best, and to put a stop against their evil ones and the worst of their enemy, and to turn back their cunning into their necks, and to hold back the worst of their evil leaders against Islam and the Muslims, and to appoint over them the best who do not associate with Allah any deity, indeed Allah never fail in His promise. Confirming with the word of Allah the Most High: {Allah has promised to those of you who believe and do good that He will surely make them rulers in the earth as He made those before them rulers, and that He will surely establish for them their religion, which He has chosen for them, and that He will surely give them security in exchange after their fear. They will serve Me, not associating aught with Me. And whoever is ungrateful after this, they are the transgressors.} Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nour : 55]
Oh our Allah save, make peace.. Oh our Allah make victorious our Libyan brothers over Moammar Alqadafi who alter the Quran (ziker) by conjunctures explanation and who the outcast devil posses him and avert him of the right path so satan overtook him, oh our Allah stop his evil and harm to our Libyan brothers and make them victorious with the victory of the Mighty, able to carry out His Will, and to Allah are all matters returned. He knows the dishonesty of eyes and that which the hearts conceal. Oh our Allah hasten the appearance after the easing the way You are the Mighty, the Praised One.

And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.

فتوى المهديّ المنتظَر:
إنَّ معمرَ القذافي مُجرمُ حربٍ ..

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والصلاة والسلام على جَدّي محمد رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم- وجميع المُسلمين التابعين للحقّ إلى يوم الدين..

ويا معشر المُسلمين، إنّ مُعمّر القذافي مجرمُ حربٍ في الشعب الليبيّ الأبيّ العربيّ، وأراه سوف يمكر بهم مكراً كبيراً ولن يرحم كبيراً ولا صغيراً ولن يرقب في الشعب الليبيّ إلّاً ولا ذمّةً، فلتُعْلَن الحرب الإعلانيّة عليه بكل الوسائل الإعلاميّة، وشكراً لمصر على فتح حدودها مع ليبيا فذلك واجبهم نحو إخوانهم الليبيين الذين حذوا حذوهم فوجب عليهم نصرتهم بالحقّ، وأرجو من الله بحقّ لا إله إلا هو وبحقّ رحمته التي كتب على نفسه وبحقّ عظيم نعيم رضوان نفسه أن ينصر من يريدُ الحقّ ولا غير الحقّ سبيلاً وأن يولّي على المُسلمين خيارهم ويكفيهم شرارهم وألدّ أعدائهم ويردّ كيدهم في نحورهم ويكفي الإسلام والمُسلمين شرّ قاداتهم الأشرار ويولّي عليهم الأخيار الذين لا يشركون بالله شيئاً إنّ الله لا يخلف الميعاد. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَعَدَ اللَّه الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُم فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْناً يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئاً وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُوْلَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ} صدق الله العظيم [النور:55].

اللهم سلّم سلّم، اللهم انصر إخواننا الليبيين على معمّر الذي يحرّف الذِّكر عن طريق التفسير الظنّي والذي يسكنه شيطانٌ رجيمٌ يصدُّه عن الصراط المستقيم فاستحوذَ عليه الشيطان، اللهم اكفِ إخواني الليبيين شرَّه وأذاهُ وانصرهم عليه نصرَ عزيزٍ مقتدرٍ وإلى الله تُرجع الأمور يعلمُ خائنة الأعين وما تخفي الصدور، اللهم وعجِّل بالظهور من بعد التمهيد إنّك أنت العزيز الحميد.

وسلامٌ على المُرسَلين، والحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين ..

From the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemani to the defiant Arab Libyan nation


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful,
Prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon all the prophets and the messengers and their righteous families from the first one of them to the last end of them Mohammad the messenger of Allah, we do not differentiate among any of His messengers and to Him we are submitter Muslims, after this..



O community of the defiant Libyan Arab nation; Take guard from Allah for yourselves, and take guard from Allah for your families, and take guard from Allah for your people, and take guard from Allah for your country and announce the total denial against the different numbers of political sectarian parties in the religion of Allah so you can unite your selves in line and your hearts get sincere for one another, and remember the saying of Allah the Most High: {And be not like those who became divided and disagreed after clear arguments had come to them. And for them is a grievous chastisement.} Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Imaran:105]

So do not be disobedient to the command of Allah so you divide in your religion into sects and parties then Allah chastise you with your own hands and make the evil to be in charge over each other then make them taste the tyranny of others, I am a faithful adviser to you, and I call you to deny the different numbers of the sects and parties with your people then you would unite under one named party for the whole Libyan people so you name it the Libyan unity, and it is not bad to do election then the nominated whom they have popularity among their people would succeed.

Oh community of the defiant Libyan Arab nation, I urge you by Allah the Great to strive in uniting your self in line under a named one party only in the country of Libya, by Allah Who there is no god other than Him that the different numbers of the parties or sects in the religion of Allah does not bring except destruction and devastation to the Islamic and Arabic people, so have a safe guard from Allah oh Muslim people and hold fast with rope of Allah the great Quran and answer the call to be obeyed by the great Quran then you become with Allah's blessing a loving brethren.
{And hold fast by the covenant of Allah all together and be not disunited. And remember Allah’s favour to you when you were enemies, then He united your hearts so by His favour you became brethren. And you were on the brink of a pit of fire, then He saved you from it. Thus Allah makes clear to you His messages that you may be guided.}3:103

And oh society of Muslim scholars and their nation, I am the Imam Mahdi Nasser Mohammad indeed Allah made in my name is a for telling of me and the banner of my matter (Nasser Mohammad) so it is clear to you the wisdom of the coinciding to the name Mohammad in the name of the Imam Mahdi (Nasser Mohammad) for the reason that there is no newly sent prophet after the seal of prophets and messengers Mohammad the messenger of Allah forgiveness be upon him and his family and I salute a goodly salutation, and indeed the coinciding is meant to be fitting, so the name Mohammad comes to fit in the name of the Imam Mahdi: [his name fits my name]; And indeed it meant with coinciding is to be fitting, so the name Mohammad comes fitting in the name of Imam Mahdi for the reason Allah sends the Imam Mahdi aiding to what the seal of the prophets came with Mohammad the messenger of Allah forgiveness and peace to be upon him, and for this we call you to make judgement in what you differ with by the great Quran and the true (sunna) the prophets tradition perhaps you will be guided, in confirming with saying of Allah the Most High: {then if you quarrel about anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. This is better for you, and provides you with the best solution.(59)} Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesa-a]

So keep your duty to Allah and obey me that you may attain mercy so you become servants of Allah as brethren, so there is no other way but to deny the parties and the differences in one nation, so no sectarian parties nor political parties in the religion of Allah, in confirming with saying of Allah the Most High: {And obey Allah and His Messenger and dispute not one with another,And obey Allah and His Messenger and dispute not one with another, lest you get weak-hearted and your power depart; and be steadfast. Surely Allah is with the steadfast. lest you fail and scatter your strength; and be steadfast. Surely Allah is with the steadfast.(46)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anfal]

And to fulfill the security and world peace among the human nations there is no other way than denying the differences in one nation, so remember the saying of Allah the Most High: { As for those who split up their religion and became sects, you have no concern with them. Their affair is only with Allah, then He will inform them of what they did.(159)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Anaam]

We do not want to lengthen my statement to you so you do not become board then you would not understand the statement as you should, and the conclusion of the matter: I call the Yemeni people, the Libyan people, the Egyptian people, and the whole people of Arabia and the Islamic nations to nullify different political parties and sectarian parties in their nations so Allah do not make them taste the tyranny of each other then the killer and the killed would be in hell fire and an evil place it is to settle in, so keep guard from Allah and respond to the call of ruling by the Book of Allah the great Quran and the true prophet's sunna which does not contradict the law of the great Quran, and know that whatever in the sunna tales which contradicts the quran indeed it is a fabricated hadeeth (saying of the prophet) by evil plan from the hypocrites to mislead you off you religion, but if you respond to the call to the ruling of the Book of Allah the great Quran the Allah's rope and to hold fast with it and to disbelieve in whatever contradicts its judgement so you win a great success in this world life and the here after, and know that for Allah is the Hereafter and the former (life), and know that Allah is the Owner of the Kingdom and gives the kingdom to whom He please and take it away from whom He please, in His hand is all good indeed my Lord Possessor of power over all things and to Him is the eventual return, so be warned those who are turning off the Book indeed the chastisement is by the doors surely my Lord is Swift in reckoning! And we never called you to a new religion nor to a new Book; but to follow the true prophet-hood way which is the Book of Allah and the true sunna of His messenger, so what do you request after the truth, isn't it after truth but the far error? So take guard of Allah who possess a sever chastisement and hold fast in the glorious Quran so we guide you with it to the way of the All Mighty the Praised One.

And I call all the muslim scholars and their nation to the world wide dialogue table (the website of the Imam Nasser Mohammad Al-Yemeni) www.mahdialumma.com; the dialog conference table to the whole human beings muslim and nonbeliever to fulfill the worldly peace among the human nations and establish the peaceful living between the muslim and the nonbeliever, surely there is no compulsion in Islam the religion of Allah, but upon us is to inform by the true statement for the Book and up to Allah is the account, so be at guard of Allah Who is Severe in requiting, and who ever killed a non-believe with the excuse of his disbelieve as if he killed the whole people, the sin of that is with Allah and he would never find other than Allah a friend nor helper. so remember the saying of Allah the Most High: {And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his punishment is hell, abiding therein; and Allah is wroth with him and He has cursed him and prepared for him a grievous chastisement.(93)}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Nesa-a]

Indeed the killing of a soul unjustly that was a grave Sin with Allah similarly if the soul is of a believer or a disbeliever, but surely the his sin in the Book as if he killed the whole people since Adam till the last born from the offspring of Adam, it would be multiplied for him the chastisement in the number of Adam's offspring all together in confirmation with the saying of Allah the Most High: {whoever kills a person, unless it be for manslaughter or for mischief in the land, it is as though he had killed all people. And whoever saves a life, it is as though he had saved the lives of all people.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Al-Mã´edah:32]

So All should turn to Allah repenting oh society of believers perhaps you succeed in confirmation with the saying of Allah the Most High: {And turn to Allah all, O believers, so that you may be successful.}Truthful Allah the Great [Al-Al-Mã´edah:31]

And peace be upon the messengers, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds.

من الإمام المهديّ ناصر محمد اليماني إلى الشعب الليبي الأبيّ العربيّ ..

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والصلاة والسلام على كافة الأنبياء والمرسلين وآلهم الطيّبين من أولهم إلى خاتمهم محمد رسول الله لا نُفرِّق بين أحدٍ من رسله ونحن له مسلمون، أمّا بعد..

ويا معشر الشعب الليبي الأبيّ العربيّ؛ اتّقوا الله في أنفسكم واتقوا الله في أهليكم واتقوا الله في شعبكم واتقوا الله في بلدكم وأعلنوا النّفي المطلق للتعدديّة الحزبيّة المذهبيّة والسياسيّة في دين الله حتى تستطيعوا أن توحِّدوا صفّكم وتصفو قلوبُكم على بعضِكم بعضاً، فتذكروا قول الله تعالى: {وَلا تَكُونُوا كَالَّذِينَ تَفَرَّقُوا وَاخْتَلَفُوا مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا جَاءَهُمُ الْبَيِّنَاتُ وَأُوْلَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ} صدق الله العظيم [آل عمران:105].

فلا تخالفوا أمرَ الله فتُفرقوا دينَكم شِيعَاً وأحزاباً فيُعذِّبكم الله بأيديكم فيُولّي الظالمين بعضهم بعضاً فيُذيق بعضُكم بأسَ بعضٍ إنّي لكم ناصحٌ أمينٌ، وأدعوكم إلى نفيّ التعدديّة الحزبيّة والمذهبيّة في شعبكم فتتوحّدون تحت مسمّى حزبٍ واحدٍ عامٍ للشعب الليبي فتسمّونه حزب الوحدة الليبية، ولا بأس من الانتخابات فينجح المرشحون الذين لديهم شعبيّة في شعوبهم.

ويا معشر الشعب الليبي الأبيّ العربيّ، أستحلفكم بالله العظيم أن تسعوا إلى نفي كافة التعدديّة الحزبيّة في الشعب الليبي فتسعوا إلى توحيد صفّكم تحت مسمّى حزبٍ واحدٍ فقط في الدولة الليبية، ألا والله الذي لا إلهَ غيره إنَّ التعدديّة الحزبيّة أو المذهبيّة في دين الله لا تجلب إلا الدّمار والخراب للشعوب العربيّة والإسلاميّة.
فاتقوا الله يا معشر المسلمين واعتصموا بحبل الله القرآن العظيم واستجيبوا لدعوة الاحتكام إلى القرآن العظيم فتصبِحوا بنعمة الله إخواناً متحابِّين.

ويا معشر علماء المسلمين وأمَّتهم، إني الإمام المهدي ناصر محمد قد جعل الله في اسمي خبري وراية أمري (ناصر محمد) فتبيّن لكم حكمة التواطؤ للاسم محمد في اسم الإمام المهديّ (ناصر محمد) لكونه لا نبيّ مبعوث جديد من بعد خاتم الأنبياء والمرسلين محمد رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وآله وأسلّم تسليماً، ولذلك يبعث الله سبحانه الإمام المهديّ ناصر محمد أي ناصراً لمحمدٍ رسول الله، ولذلك قال محمدٌ رسول الله -صلَّى الله عليه وآله وسلَّم- إشارةً إلى اسم الإمام المهدي: [يواطئ اسمه اسمي]؛ وإنّما يقصد بالتواطؤ أي التوافق، فيأتي الاسم محمد موافقاً في اسم الإمام المهديّ كون الله يبعث الإمام المهدي ناصراً لما جاء به خاتم الأنبياء محمد رسول الله عليه الصلاة والسلام، ولذلك ندعوكم إلى الاحتكام إلى القرآن العظيم والسُّنة النَّبويّة الحقِّ فيما كنتم فيه تختلفون لعلكم ترشدون. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {فَإِنْ تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللَّهِ وَالرَّسُولِ إِنْ كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ذَلِكَ خَيْرٌ وَأَحْسَنُ تَأْوِيلًا(59)} صدق الله العظيم [النساء].

فاتقوا الله وأطيعوني لعلكم تُرحمون فتكونون عباد الله إخواناً، فلا بد من نفيّ أحزاب الاختلاف في الشعب الواحد . تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {وَأَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ وَلَا تَنَازَعُوا فَتَفْشَلُوا وَتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ ۖ وَاصْبِرُوا ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الصَّابِرِينَ} صدق الله العظيم [الأنفال:46].

وحتى يتحقّق الأمن والسلام العالميّ بين شعوب البشر فلا بدّ من نفيّ التعدديّة الحزبيّة بين الشعوب، وعليهم نفي الأحزاب في الشعب الواحد فلا أحزاب مذهبيّة ولا أحزاب سياسيّة في دين الله، فتذكروا قول الله تعالى: {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ فَرَّقُوا دِينَهُمْ وَكَانُوا شِيَعًا لَسْتَ مِنْهُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ إِنَّمَا أَمْرُهُمْ إِلَى اللَّهِ ثُمَّ يُنَبِّئُهُمْ بِمَا كَانُوا يَفْعَلُونَ (159)} صدق الله العظيم [الأنعام].

ولا نريد أن نطيل عليكم بياني هذا حتى لا تملّوا ثم لا تفهموا البيان كما ينبغي..

وخلاصة الأمر: أدعو الشعب اليمني والشعب الليبي والشعب المصري وكافة الشعوب العربيّة والإسلاميّة إلى نفي التعدديّة الحزبيّة السياسيّة أو التعدديّة الحزبيّة المذهبيّة في شعوبهم حتى لا يُذيق الله بعضهم بأس بعضٍ ثم يكون القاتل والمقتول في النار وبئس القرار، فاتّقوا الله واستجيبوا لدعوة الاحتكام إلى كتاب الله القرآن العظيم والسُّنة النّبويّة الحقِّ التي لا تخالف لمحكم القرآن العظيم، واعلموا أنّ ما خالف للقرآن في أحاديث السُّنة فإنه حديثٌ مفترًى بمكرٍ من المنافقين ليضلّوكم عن دينكم، فلو تجيبوا دعوة الاحتكام إلى كتاب الله القرآن العظيم حبل الله فتعتصموا به وتكفروا بما يخالف لمحكمه فتفوزوا فوزاً عظيماً في الدنيا والآخرة، واعلموا أنّ لله الآخرة والأولى واعلموا إنّ الله مالك الملك يؤتي ملكه من يشاء وينزعه ممن يشاء بيده الخير إنّ ربي على كل شيءٍ قديرٍ وإليه المصير، فليحذر المعرضون عن الكتاب فالعذاب على الأبواب إنّ ربّي سريع الحساب! وما دعوناكم إلى دينٍ جديدٍ ولا إلى كتابٍ جديدٍ؛ بل إلى اتّباع نهج النُّبوّة الحقِّ كتابَ الله وسنّة رسوله الحقّ، فماذا تريدون من بعد الحقِّ فهل بعد الحقِّ إلا الضلال البعيد؟ فاتّقوا الله ذا العذاب الشديد، واعتصموا بالقرآن المجيد فنهديكم به إلى صراط العزيز الحميد.

وأدعو كافّة علماء المسلمين وأمَّتهم إلى طاولة الحوار العالميّة (موقع الإمام ناصر محمد اليماني)؛ طاولة الحوار لكافة شعوب البشر المسلم والكافر لتحقيق السلام العالميّ بين شعوب البشر وتحقيق التعايش السلميّ بين المسلم والكافر، فلا إكراه في دين الله الإسلام إنّما علينا البلاغ بالبيان الحقِّ للكتاب وعلى الله الحساب، فاتّقوا الله شديد العقاب ومن قتل مؤمناً أو كافراً بحجة كفره فكأنما قتل الناس جميعاً، ذلك إثمٌ عند الله ولن يجد له من دون الله ولياً ولا نصيراً. فتذكروا قول الله تعالى: {وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِناً مُتَعَمِّداً فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِداً فِيهَا وَغَضِبَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَلَعَنَهُ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُ عَذَاباً عَظِيماً(93)} صدق الله العظيم [النساء].

فقتل النفس بغير حقٍّ كان ذلك عند الله إثماً عظيماً سواءً تكون نفسَ مؤمنٍ أو نفسَ كافرٍ، بل إثمُه في الكتاب كأنّما قتل الناس جميعاً من آدم إلى آخر مولودٍ من ذرية آدم يضاعف له العذاب بتعداد ذرية آدم جميعاً. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: {مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسًا بِغَيْرِ نَفْسٍ أَوْ فَسَادٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَكَأَنَّمَا قَتَلَ النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا وَمَنْ أَحْيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَا أَحْيَا النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا}صدق الله العظيم [المائدة:32].

فتوبوا إلى الله جميعاً معشر المؤمنين لعلكم تفلحون. تصديقاً لقول الله تعالى: ‏{وَتُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ}‏‏ صدق الله العظيم [النور:31].

وسلامٌ على المرسلين، والحمد لله رب العالمين..
