?O Imam of guidance, what is your word,is there (Zakat) required charity on debt money


In the name of Allah the All Merciful, the Most Merciful, prayer of forgiveness and peace be upon my grandfather Mohammad and his virtuous family and all the Muslims till judgement day..

The Truth I say:
The money that is gathered for paying a debt there is no Zakat in it a thing, to the fact it is not owned by it owner and only a right of other people, a right for them owed by him in his custody that it is a necessary to be payed back.

..And peace be upon the sent ones, and praise be to Allah Lord of the worlds

ما قولك يا إمام الهدى، هل على مال الدَّيْنِ زكاة ؟

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم، والصلاة والسلام على جدّي محمد وآله الأطهار وجميع المسلمين إلى يوم الدين..
والحقّ نقول:
إنَّ المال الذي يتمّ جمعه لقضاء الدَّين فليس فيه زكاة شيئاً، كونه ليس بملك صاحبِه وإنّما حقّ قومٍ آخرين، حقّ لهم عليه في ذمّته يجب قضاؤه.

وسلامٌ على المرسَلين، والحمد للهِ ربِّ العالمين ..
